About Dr. Gilani

Dr. Sam Gilani is a specialist periodontist with a Master's in Oral Biology from UCLA, where he has taught periodontics on the faculty since 1989. His practice combines academic rigor with more than three decades of complex implant and reconstructive surgery.
A Fellow of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists (ICOI) and a member of the medical staff at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center since 1992, he brings a rare combination of university teaching and hospital-grade surgical experience.
Across his career, Dr. Gilani has placed more than 20,000 dental implants and lectured internationally on advanced implantology and periodontal reconstruction.
